New industrial park

Levoberezhniy received official status

Levoberezhniy industrial site in Kirishsky district of Leningrad region received the official status of industrial park. The relevant decree was signed by the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko.

According to the regional law No. 52 On Measures of Government Support for Creation and Development of Industrial Parks of Leningrad Region, the residents of industrial sited which have received official status can be provided with tax benefits and reduced rent.

“Regional status of industrial park can be granted only to industrial territories of high quality if their owners fulfilled their obligations to investors – provided connection to electric power, utility networks, thought over logistics,” noted Vice-Chairman of the Government of Leningrad Region – Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activity Dmitry Yalov.

Levoberezhniy Industrial Park is among top-3 industrial sites of the region. Its total area is 189 ha, a branch line and Volkhovskoye highway pass near its territory. The residents of the park include Ruscam Kirishi (production of glass packaging) and First Woodsteeping Works (production of industrial wood).
