Philip Morris Izhora is an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI) in Russia and one of the largest PMI enterprises in terms of its production capacity, it is a full production cycle factory: from primary processing of tobacco to production and packaging of high quality tobacco products.

In 2018–2019 five new lines for production of tobacco sticks for tobacco heating system IQOS were launched within the frameworks of implementation of the first and the second stages of the investment project on localization of reduced-risk innovative products manufacture. Today PMI is implementing the third stage of the project which includes installation of four lines for production of IQOS tobacco sticks, an additional line for primary processing of tobacco for tobacco sticks, modernization of already existing engineering systems of the factory.
Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region provided comprehensive support for Philip Morris Izhora. In 2020 the company celebrated the 20th anniversary of work in Leningrad region and became a partner of the Baltic Region Investment Forum BRIEF’20.
