Princip Novo is a group of companies that has been specializing in landscape architecture and landscaping for various purposes since 2012. The company has 4 divisions: a landscape studio, its own plant nursery in Pikalevo, a garden centre and an online store.

In 2019, in order to expand production volume, the company decided to lease an additional land plot on the territory of Pikalevo with an area of 10.3 ha to place container sites with flowering plants. In February 2020, the project was included in the Register of the residents of the territory of advanced social and economic development (TASED) Pikalevo.
Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region provided assistance in the selection of a land plot for project expansion, in receiving the status of a resident of TASED in terms of preparing a business plan and a set of documents, and in the near future – assistance in obtaining technical conditions for connecting to engineering infrastructure networks.
