INFRASTRUCTURE

A comprehensive system of support for investors is developed in Leningrad region. The issues regarding investment
activity are addressed at the Council on Improvement of Investment Climate, led by the Governor of Leningrad region.
The Investment team, which includes the representatives of the executive bodies, city-planning organizations and
suppliers of resources, answers the questions of business on a regular basis.

Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region is currently developing a business support system "360°", which
includes regional business support institutions.

The Agency is an entry point to the region for investors, it provides a wide range of services at all stages of project
implementation – pre-investment, investment and operational stages, connecting other business support institutions
of Leningrad region if necessary.
The Agency provides support in the transfer of land, acquisition of an investment site, construction and launch of production.
Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship provides financing in accordance with the requirements of a project. Industry
Development Centre provides support to existing enterprises in establishing cooperation ties, certification and export
of their products.
