                        Cheese factory


                          Michelangelo CJSC is a cheese factory located in Kobralovo, Gatchinsky district of Leningrad region.
                          The enterprise was established in 1995 by a hereditary cheesemaker from Italy Michelangelo di Filippo who
                          is a guardian of a hundred year old tradition of cheesemaking and the first maker of Italian cheese in Russia.





                                                           PRODUCTION AND INNOVATIONS

                                                           The factory has modern Italian equipment which allows producing
                                                           cheese according to old Italian canons.
                                                              All products (Caucasian and soft Italian cheese) are made
                                                           of high quality raw materials, without GMO, preservatives, lemon
                                                           acid and every day their quality is controlled in own laborato-
                                                           ry. Only microbial (not of animal origin) enzymes are used for
                                                           production, production technologists underwent training in Italy.
                                                           All these factors allow achieving homogeneity and high quality
                                                           of products.
                                                              Hi-tech packaging equipment and modern packaging allow
                                                           maintaining the quality of products from 14 to 50 days which
                                                           makes it possible to sell them not only in Northwestern, but also
                                                           in other Russian regions.
                                                              Food safety management system had been certified and
                                                           it corresponds to standards GOST R ISO 22000-2007 (ISO 22000-
                                                           2005).
                                                              An audit of the enterprise was conducted by the following
                                                           retailers: Metro Cash&Carry, Vkusvill, City Supermarket.
