PRODUCTION AND INNOVATIONS

R&D is the main priority of Thermex. Innovative ideas
are realized in the own research and development
center of the Corporation, which includes development
station, scientific laboratory, quality laboratory and
areas of expertise of operating condition of products.
One of the system tasks of Thermex’s R&D center
is production of energy efficient products.
In 2016 the investment projects of the energy-
efficient heating and water heating equipment
production were officially included in the plan
of import substitution in the civil industry
in Leningrad region.

THE TOTAL VOLUME OF INVESTMENT IN THE
PROJECT OF TOSNO FACTORY CAME
TO 5 BILLION RUBLES. THE LEADING EXPERTS
FROM ITALY, SWITZERLAND, GERMANY AND
RUSSIA WERE INVOLVED IN THE DEVELOPMENT
OF THE PROJECT. TODAY IT IS THE BIGGEST
PRODUCTION FACTORY OF ELECTRIC WATER
HEATERS IN RUSSIA, AND ONE OF THE MOST
TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED IN THE WORLD.

SELLING MARKETS
Being a leader of import substitution in this industry
Thermex at the same time is realizing its global
export strategy. Today the products of Heating
Equipment factory are exported to CIS countries,
the European Union, the Middle East, South Asia and
Africa. Geography is constantly expanding. Supplying
products from Tosno to dozens of countries, Thermex
works for the overall growth of non-raw materials
exports of the Russian Federation.
