About the company
Caterpillar factory in Tosno is the first production facility in
Russia fully owned by Caterpillar Inc., the USA.
The total area of the enterprise is 24 ha, it has favourable
location at the intersection of a railway and a road in close
proximity to a seaport and Pulkovo International Airport.
The main area of activity of Caterpillar Tosno is production
of machines and equipment for mining and construction.
The prevailing direction of work is production of road
construction and excavating machinery.

about 500 people Optimus. Besides, the enterprise produces about 100 types
of components for crawler and wheel excavators.
