PROGRAMME FOR COMPONENTS WHICH WERE PREVIOUSLY DELIVERED FROM FINLAND, SWEDEN,
GERMANY TO THE LEADING DOMESTIC MANUFACTURERS OF HPDL. THE COMPANY WORKS WITH
RUSSIAN PLYWOOD MANUFACTURERS AND EXPORTS PRODUCED GOODS TO THE REPUBLIC
OF KAZAKHSTAN.

PRODUCTION AND INNOVATIONS

Modern impregnation line is used during the production
process — impregnation of paper and its further drying —
for impregnation with phenol formaldehyde resins. OF PRODUCTION
Human participation is required only for placing paper rolls «
onto the unwinding device and taking away finished products CAPACITY IS USED
from the production line.
All settings of the technological process are set and
controlled at six control panels for the following components FOR PRODUCTION
of the line: the unwinding device, the impregnating unit, the
filling device (at the entrance to the dryer), part of pulling OF KRAFT PAPER
rollers and cooling rollers, the coiling device, the cross cutter.
