PRODUCTION AND INNOVATIONS

In 2016–2017 the company invested 30 million
rubles in production, pilot and laboratory facilities
development:
a site for innovative products production with
total area of 460 m was created

new equipment, including 4 unique high-tech
semi-automatic machines for respirator production,
was made
reconstruction of aerosol laboratory was
completed
new operating gas laboratory was launched,
LORENZ device (made in Germany) for filter testing
and finished product quality control was purchased,
adjusted and successfully launched
On 5 September 2017 a new production line was
launched. This line provides for the production of roll
carbon-filled materials for respirators, industrial and
household filters. Project investments amounted
to 20 million rubles.

THE COMPANY IS CONSTANTLY PROVIDING CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE TO THE FOLLOWING
ORGANIZATIONS: FORTUNA — ASSISTANCE CENTER FOR DISABLED CHILDREN, GREAT BEAR —
REGIONAL SOCIAL CHARITY ASSOCIATION, OPTINA MONASTERY. FROM 2015 ONWARDS THE COMPANY
IS DONATING MEDICAL FILTERING RESPIRATORS TO THE FUND GIFT OF LIFE.

AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

On 21 December 2012 Respiratorniy Kompleks
won the contest for “Development of a mean-
ingful innovation project and its implementation
in the industrial sector of Leningrad region”.
In 2015 according to the Order of the
Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian
Federation No. 1706 the company was included
in the list of organizations that have significant
impact on industry and trade of the Russian
Federation.
In 2017 Respiratorniy Kompleks received
Governmental Gratitude for its contribution
to the social and economic development
of Leningrad region.
