Hi-tech production of long metal structures

Metal structures fabrication plant Megapolis LLC is a member of AMIRA Group of Companies. The plant
was established on 30 June 2015 and it is oriented at fabrication of long metal structures, including closed
tubular sections. The second stage of construction of Megapolis started in 2017.

PRODUCTION AND INNOVATIONS

The production facilities of Megapolis LLC
include 28 units of production equipment, ensur-
ing implementation of the following technolog-
ical processes: thermal cutting of sheet metal,
bending of sheet metal, gas-shielded welding/
submerged arc welding, assembly of metal
structures, painting. The plant’s technology
is based on high-capacity presses with the
power of 1,000 and 2,000 tonnes and the work-
ing area length of 12 and 14 meters respectively.
Production capacities allow manufacturing
steel lighting masts with the height of up to
100 m, which can be used at any facilities (out-
door street lighting, oil and gas, industrial, mili-
tary, sports application, etc.), in all regions with
various wind and climatic load, as well as seismic
reliability of up to 9 points.
Composition of the used materials — sheet
steel of different grades, depending on the oper-
ation region.
Production sales markets include Russia, CIS
countries, Asia, the Near East. Export to Europe
is being developed.
