Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant was declared the best employer in Russia.
It won the federal contest “Employer-2019” in the nomination “Employer of the year in industrial production”.
170 companies from various regions participated in the contest. The best employers were selected on Rabota.ru website by open vote.
Evaluation criteria includes social importance of personnel policy, employee involvement, application of innovative HR-technologies, career opportunities and attraction of young specialists.
“Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant is a large and significant enterprise not only for Russia. We were impressed that in terms of the volume of investments, production sites and technical equipment this is one of the modern, successful transport engineering enterprises in Europe,” noted the Founder and Chairman of the Expert Council of “Employer of the year” award Natalia Moiseenko.
Today about 11,000 people work at Tikhvin Freight Car Building Plant. The average salary is 48,000 rubles. The enterprise allocates significant funds to labour protection, bonus payments, education, social programmes, leisure, etc. In 2018 520,000 rubles were allocated per one employee in addition to the salary.
