The Regional Association of Employers "Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Leningrad Region" is a major business organization in the North-West of Russia, established on the initiative of enterprise leaders and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
Objectives of the Union:
- representing the interests of its members in public authorities and in interaction with partners in foreign markets;
- development and support of competition;
- implementation of HR projects and improvement of legislation.
The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Leningrad Region includes more than 200 organizations of various forms of ownership, representing all sectors of the economy. The organization has established and operates specialized committees that unite Union members to address issues of regional economic development.
The business organization provides a wide range of expert, consulting, and organizational services to regional businesses, as well as a number of services for establishing communication and developing the personnel potential of employees of the Union's member organizations.
