"Bushe" will bake in the Leningrad region

The “Bushe” company leased a production and warehouse complex in the city of Otradnoye, Leningrad Region, with a total area of ​​6,600 sq. m. Specialists of the Economic Development Agency of the Leningrad Region accompanied the company along the entire path of localization in the region, selected site options and advised on available support measures and tax incentives.

According to Roman Pevzner, commercial director of the “Bushe” coffee house chain, the deal marked the beginning of the largest project in the company's 23-year history.

The production site in Otradnoye with a total area of ​​3 hectares is provided with all the necessary engineering facilities: heating, gas, electricity, water supply and sewerage. The industrial site has a functioning dead-end railway line, and the entire territory is fenced and is under round-the-clock security. The deal was brokered by Maris in association with CBRE.

The “Bushe” bakery chain, founded in 1999, is one of the largest in St. Petersburg and produces more than 40 tons of products per day, sold in 60 network establishments, as well as in federal retail chains.
