Business accelerator for industrial enterprises of Leningrad region was launched. 35 entrepreneurs started training.
For the first time, the business acceleration program was developed and launched for medium-sized production business.
The head of the economic team of the Government of Leningrad region Dmitry Yalov noted during the opening in “My business” centre that this is not just a training program, it is important to work on your own at every stage. Each entrepreneur formulates his/her challenge, problem or goal that should be reached or solved using new knowledge, coaches and assistance to each other.
The entrepreneurs will have six months of modular training, during which they will learn how to use the product approach and new sales and marketing technologies, get team management and leadership skills, explore tools of organizational changes and business valuation, dig into financial and investment analysis.
The program is carried out with the support of the business development institutions of Leningrad region – Entrepreneurship Support Fund, Economic Development Agency and Industry Development Centre. BITOBE consulting group will be providing expert assistance for the participants throughout their training.
