Cooperation with Gazprom Neft

Investment climate of Leningrad region will be improved by the best managerial practices in Russia.

During St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko and the Chairman of the Board of Gazprom Neft Alexander Dyukov signed an agreement on cooperation at Professionals 4.0 platform.

“Participation in the project will allow using new technologies and efficient ideas in public administration. We’ll be glad if participants of the platform find real opportunities for using their talents in Leningrad region,” said the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko.

Leningrad region is the first Russian region which received access to Professionals 4.0 platform. The region has already published ten cases aimed at improvement of investment attractiveness and investment climate of the region. These cases include search for competitive advantages and creation of value proposition for attraction of investors, development of suggestions for changing the format of the work of the Council on Improvement of Investment Climate, analysis of usability of the investment portal of Leningrad region in order to improve it.

Professionals 4.0 platform allows specialists to participate in implementation of cases published by large business and the government working in flexible teams and not getting a permanent job in organizations. Professionals 4.0 is a new interaction format for customers of cases and executors. Using the platform business and the government receive unlimited access to the labour potential of the country, and professionals receive opportunities for self-fulfillment in Russia.
