As one of support measures for business, the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko signed a decree which declares spread of coronavirus a force majeure clause.
Within force majeure period penalties will not be charged, a counterparty will not be able to claim damages.
This measure is introduced by the Decree of the Government of Leningrad region No. 155 of 26 March 2020 which supplements the Decree No. 117 of 13 March 2020.
