An investment project on production of heat treated wood and impregnated wood will be implemented in the town of Pikalevo.
PITEK LLC became the first resident of the territory of advanced social and economic development Pikalevo. PITEK is implementing the investment project on production of heat treated wood and impregnated wood using the newest Russian technologies. The volume of investments will come to 60 million rubles.
The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation included PITEK in the list of the residents of the territories of advanced social and economic development. The resident of the territory of advanced social and economic development will receive substantial benefits and preferences. In particular, within the first five years investors do not pay property tax and within the next five years this tax is reduced to 1.1%. The regional part of income tax is 5% within the first five years, 10% within the next five years, and its federal part is eliminated. Land value tax is eliminated over 10 years, payments to extra-budgetary funds within this period are reduced from 30% to 7.9%.
In order to continue work on attraction of investors to the territory of advanced social and economic development Pikalevo Leningrad region sent to the Ministry of Economic Development an application on alterations to the list of economic activities which enable to receive special legal regime for business activity while carrying out these activities.

The territory of advanced social and economic development Pikalevo was established in March 2018. The main aim is contribution to development of the monotown of Pikalevo attracting investments and creating new jobs not connected with work of city-forming enterprises. The territory of advanced development is established for 10 years, this period can be prolonged for five years.
