Galactika Group of Companies located in Gatchina became the “Exporter of the year” in Northwestern federal district.
The regional enterprise occupied the first place in the nomination “Exporter of the year in agro-industrial complex” in “large business” category. The award ceremony took place in Arkhangelsk.
Galactika is one of the largest dairy factories in Northwestern region and it launched its export activities in 2017. Last year the company has managed to conclude a contract on delivery of milk and milkshakes to China. Totally more than 300 tonnes of UHT milk of various fat content and milkshakes from Leningrad region will be delivered to China in 2020.
All-Russian award “Exporter of the year” was initiated by the national project “International cooperation and export” and is presented to organizations and individual entrepreneurs which succeed in exporting non-resource non-energy goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity.
