Entrepreneurs can receive target loans at preferential interest rate to industrial enterprises from Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship and Industry of Leningrad Region.
Due to cooperation with Industry Development Centre loans from 5 to 750 million rubles are available in Leningrad region at a rate of not more than 5% per annum for the period of up to 7 years for the projects of industrial enterprises aimed at provision of import substitution, development and manufacture of new hi-tech products, modernization of existing production lines.
To receive loans, business owners need to apply to the regional Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship and Industry of Leningrad Region.
