The first such strategic session was held in the Gatchina District. Representatives of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activities, as well as inspectors from local government bodies, participated.

The Leningrad Region is shifting its focus from blanket inspections to preventative measures. The meeting focused on how to use risk indicators to identify potential violations without unscheduled inspections, thereby saving businesses time and stress.
Requirements are being standardized. The implementation of the "Inspector" mobile app, which will significantly simplify document flow for entrepreneurs, was discussed.
The practice of in-person meetings is part of a larger effort to create a favorable business climate in the 47th region. In addition to the Gatchina District, similar strategic sessions will be held in the Vsevolozhsk and Lomonosov Districts in the first quarter of 2026.
