A convenient mobile app for selection of an investment site in Leningrad region is now available.
It can help to easily find a site corresponding to the required parameters, to find connection points and examine the promising plans of the companies located nearby.
The mobile app contains the Integrated regional information system “Investment development of Leningrad region” and its available in Google Play and AppStore.
What are the functions of four thematic sections?
Section “Selection of an available site for investing” with filters for selection, comparison of land plots according to their characteristics, ability to measure the distance to power supply facilities with information about their capacities.
Section “Investment potential of the territory” with the projects being implemented or planned to be implemented, industrial enterprises, monotowns and the territory of advanced social and economic development.
In the section “General information about the region” investors can find data about municipal units, power supply facilities, the map of the region also includes information layers with land use categories, natural and ecological potential, transport and engineering infrastructure.
Section “Prospects of development of the territory” with planned infrastructural facilities, social and economic zones, site plans of several municipal units and visualization of the socio-economic development strategy of Leningrad region up to 2030.
An application for production placement can be submitted in the app and it will be received by Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region.
