A convenient digital service for investors has been launched in the Leningrad Region – a personal account on the investment portal.
Now the appeal of business to a single window for working with investors - the Economic Development Agency of the Leningrad Region - is carried out through an application in a personal account on the investment portal. Thanks to the online service, the investor receives a clear route for supporting the implementation of his project and can track the path of the application in real time. To simplify the registration process in your personal account, a video instruction has been prepared.
The Single Digital Window is part of a large interdepartmental Green Corridor project that brings together committees, business support institutions and municipal authorities.
“The Green Corridor project for investors was launched last year to speed up the processing of applications and obtain all necessary support measures for investment projects at all levels. There are already real results when investment projects were promptly assisted at various stages of implementation - from obtaining permits and connecting engineering infrastructure to export, ”commented Anastasia Mikhalchenko, director of the Economic Development Agency of the Leningrad Region.
The Green Corridor priority project for the investor was approved at a meeting of the Organizational Headquarters for Project Management of the Leningrad Region in September 2021. Its implementation will increase the efficiency of interdepartmental interaction when working with investors, including reducing the response time to typical business requests.
The introduction of digital services for investors is part of the comprehensive work to introduce a regional investment standard - this work is carried out by the Leningrad Region among the pilot subjects of the Russian Federation. The regional investment standard was developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and is designed to simplify business scaling by creating a single client path, regardless of the region. The work on its formation is supervised by the First Deputy Prime Minister Andrey Belousov.
