Bright business of ECO RESOURCE received “Investor of the year – 2019” award from St. Petersburg Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. The award was presented by Maria Chernobrovkina, Executive Director of AmCham St. Petersburg.
Director of Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region Anastasia Mikhalchenko also visited the factory of the company in Lagolovo.
ECO RESOURCE professionally works with colour and flavour, produces natural food colours and flavours, functional additives for food industry and agro-industrial complex. The experts of the company know how to paint egg yolks bright yellow using dyes made of marigold, which flavour can increase eatability of animal feed, how to make blue or violet tea. The company continues conducting research, expanding the range of products and production lines.
Every day technologists of ECO RESOURCE work with pigments, received from unique natural products – for example, black carrot, blue tea and violet potato. Employees always test new products – in particular, research proved that beetroot with the best colour characteristics grows in Leningrad region.
Last year the company celebrated 25th anniversary, over these years it has expanded from a small trading company to the leader of Russian market of natural food colours. A production base of ECO RESOURCE includes not only department for production of food colours, but also three specialized laboratories.
The company is aimed at further development of investment projects in Leningrad region and expansion of its production lines.
