The building can be reached by the following types of public transport:
- trams No. 10 and 23, buses No. 5, 132, 174, 183, 206 and 295, trolleybuses No. 1, 7 and 33 to the stop “Respublikanskaya Street”, then on foot;
- trams No. 30 and 39 to the stop “Zanevskaya Square”, then on foot;
- from the metro station “Novocherkasskaya” — about 840 meters on foot.
A free parking space for vehicles of persons with disabilities is provided on the territory. The distance from the parking space to the entrance to the organization is about 135 meters.
Architectural accessibility and technical means
The entrance to the building is equipped with a ramp and an elevator with a staff call button. Visitors with musculoskeletal disorders and wheelchair users are provided with staff assistance if necessary.

Visual information means are placed in direct visibility zones, including at a height convenient for visitors using wheelchairs.

A guide dog is allowed into the building if there is a document confirming its special training, in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
