The project assumes modernization and extension of the existing manufacturing complex, including construction of an installation for sulfuric acid production, construction of a new phosphoric acid production in hemihydrate mode with the capacity of 450,000 tons per year, transfer of existing technological systems to production of ammophos with the capacity of over 800,000 tons per year, construction of a facility for production of water soluble ammonium phosphate for greenhouse agriculture.
Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region provided assistance in obtaining a lease for a land plot of the forestry fund for construction of a railway track to the liquid ammonia warehouse. The Agency also accompanied the process of making alterations to the General City Development Plan of Volkhov.
