The project of the Complex will contribute to the development of a modern hi-tech branch in Leningrad region, will become a significant additional incentive for socio-economic development of the region. GPC CPEG will become the largest enterprise in Russia in terms of gas processing, one of the most powerful in the world in terms of the processing volume (45 billion m³ of gas per year) and the leader in terms of the production of liquefied natural gas (about 13 million tons per year). Production of chilled pork and pork offal. The enterprise includes a slaughterhouse, a deboning shop, its own transport base with vehicles equipped with refrigerated bodies for delivering products to customers, and semi-trailers-cattle trucks. The plant capacity is 600 heads per shift. Date of establishment: 2006 Project: full-cycle meat processing plant with the slaughtering of livestock Volume of investments: 510 million rubles Number of planned jobs: 250 Implementation period: 2019–2021 In 2012, the company decided to expand production volume and build a full-cycle meat processing plant with the slaughtering of livestock (capacity – from 50 to 500 tons per day, including the production of meat, sausage products, meat using cold and hot smoking). A land plot with a total area of 4.5 ha was selected for the project. After the implementation of the project, it is planned to increase the capacity by 5 times to 2,880 heads per shift. Roca Rus is a subsidiary of a Spanish company Roca Group. The plant in Tosno became the first foreign enterprise, built on the territory of Russia, which produces sanitary ceramics. Investments in the construction of the first phase amounted to 40 million euro. On the Russian market, Roca Rus presents products made of sanitary ceramics under the trademarks Roca, Armani/Roca, Jika and LAUFEN. Date of establishment: 2004 Project: the second phase of the plant construction for the manufacture of faience sanitaryware Volume of investments:  4.5 billion rubles Number of planned jobs: 300 The new lines will be equipped with modern equipment, which will increase the productivity of the enterprise from 500 thousand to 1.5 million production units. For the second phase of the plant, two land plots with an area of 3.1 and 1.4 ha were selected in Tosno. The Roca Rus project is recognized as a large-scale investment project. In accordance with the regional law, this status gives the right to rent a land plot without bidding procedures. The only producer of sodium tripolyphosphate in Russia and one of Russia’s leading producers of mineral fertilisers and aluminum sulfate (coagulant) – a reagent for water purification. Date of establishment: 1932 (Volkhov Aluminium Plant named after S.M.Kirov, a part of PhosAgro since 2012) Project: strategic development of the Volkhov branch of Apatit for the period up to 2025 Volume of investments: 24 billion rubles Number of planned jobs: over 1406 Implementation period: 2018–2025 The project assumes modernization and extension of the existing manufacturing complex, including construction of an installation for sulfuric acid production, construction of a new phosphoric acid production in hemihydrate mode with the capacity of 450,000 tons per year, transfer of existing technological systems to production of ammophos with the capacity of over 800,000 tons per year, construction of a facility for production of water soluble ammonium phosphate for greenhouse agriculture. Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region provided assistance in obtaining a lease for a land plot of the forestry fund for construction of a railway track to the liquid ammonia warehouse. Novotrans Group of Companies is implementing an investment project LUGAPORT on the creation of the Universal trade terminal Ust-Luga near Ust-Luga seaport. Date of establishment: 2018 Project: Universal trade terminal Ust-Luga (LUGAPORT) Volume of investments: 46.5 billion rubles Number of planned jobs: 700 Implementation period: 4th quarter of 2024 The universal terminal LUGAPORT was created for transshipment of general, bulk, grain and food cargo with the total volume of 24.3 million tons per year. The terminal will be able to accept up to 1,100 freight cars per day from Luzhskaya Generalnaya junction station. Five moorings will be handling Panamax, New-Panamax, Baby-Capesize vessels. In June 2020 Novotrans finished the creation of artificial land plots. In November 2020 construction of the terminal facilities was launched. Tehnotrans is an operator of railcars, one of the three largest owners of grain wagons in Russia. The company transports grain and oilseeds cargoes by all types of domestic and international transportation The company operates a whole fleet of grain wagons – more than 3,000 of its own wagons with an increased body volume. Annual volume of grain transportation exceeds 4 million tons. Date of establishment: 2006 Project: Vysotsky grain terminal Volume of investments: 13 billion rubles Number of planned jobs: 426 Implementation period: 2018–2024 Tehnotrans is working on the creation of a complex that includes a marine grain terminal, railway and industrial infrastructure facilities for receiving and processing grain cargo. A land plot on the shore of Bolshaya Pikhtovaya Bay with an area of 38.4 ha was selected for the project. The project includes two phases: 2023 – commissioning of a grain terminal with a capacity of 4 million tons per year, investments will amount to 7 billion rubles; 2024 – commissioning of a manufacturing complex with a capacity of 200,000 tons per year, investments will exceed 6 billion rubles. Design, manufacture, the supply lift equipment for residential and administrative buildings, as well as mounting and installation works on the territory of Northwestern federal district. Date of establishment: 2009 Project: creation of a modern lifting and transporting equipment production plant Volume of investments: 400 million rubles Number of planned jobs: 150 Implementation period: 2017–2020 Currently, 7,000 m² of production and storage facilities have been built on a land plot of 0.71 ha. The production capacity of the plant allows producing up to 800 units of passenger lifts with a load capacity from 400 to 1,275 kg and a speed of up to 2 m/s with and without upper machine rooms, up to 200 units of metal frame shafts of various modifications, up to 10,000 units of lift frames. RusGazDobycha and Gazprom are implementing a project on creation of the Complex for processing ethane-containing gas (CPEG) near Ust-Luga, Leningrad region. The Complex will include an integrated complex for processing and liquefaction of natural gas (a gas processing complex/GPC) and a gas chemical complex (GCC). The CPEG is also planned to include creation of marine terminals for finished products shipment. The Complex will be annually processing 45 billion m3 of gas, producing 13 million tonnes of LNG, as well as ethane and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The enterprise will be processing ethane-containing natural gas extracted by Gazprom from the Achimov and Valanginian deposits of the Nadym-Pur-Taz region. Natural gas remained after processing will be delivered to the gas transmission system. Implementation of the project will allow increasing the volume of Russian export of LNG and LPG to the international market. Ethane will be delivered to the GCC, which is technologically connected to the enterprise and will be producing up to 3 million tonnes of polymers per year.
