100% of investor appeals to AER FLO are processed digitally

Today at the NAAIR meeting.The Leningrad, Tula and Chelyabinsk regions presented their practices in the field of digitalization for interaction with investors.

Anastasia Mikhalchenko, Director of GKU AERO, spoke about the results of the implementation of the Feedback Mechanism since October 2024. The mechanism is implemented on the platform of the investor's Personal Account in accordance with the Methodological Recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The mechanism significantly increases the efficiency of interaction between investors and government agencies, reducing bureaucratic barriers.

The deadlines for reviewing applications are set automatically in accordance with the MINEK classifier.:

up to 5 days - consultations;
up to 10 days - help;
up to 20 days is a problem.
Among the key results of the implementation of the Mechanism in the Leningrad region:

289 investor appeals have been processed since the start of the Mechanism;
4.6 out of 5 average assessment of the quality of services provided to investors;
All OIV and OMSU up to level 1 are connected to the MOS.
The speaker also shared positive feedback from large companies in the Leningrad region, which were assisted through the Mechanism: "Novostal-M", "M100", "Port Favor".

At the end of the speech, plans to finalize the investor's Personal Account were mentioned.:

implementation of the Gantt chart in the investment project roadmap;
the introduction of AI for the preparation of analytical reports.
