Leningrad region continues exporting its goods.
Since the beginning of this year 16 small and medium-sized enterprises of Leningrad region concluded 24 new export contracts.
The volume of export which received support amounted to 9.6 million USD, while the planned target was 3 million USD.
In particular, 11 contracts were concluded for supply of timber industry products, 7 – for agricultural goods, 2 – for chemical industry products from Leningrad region.
According to the new contracts products were exported from the region to 15 countries.
Among the largest concluded contracts are: delivery of fertilizers to Togo, delivery of lumber to China, sale of pellets and wood chips to Denmark and confectionery – to Belarus.
Since the beginning of the year Export Support Centre of Leningrad Region provided services to 83 entrepreneurs concerning foreign economic activities, three of them received consultations of Russian Export Center.
