50 km along the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk

"This is not a plain, the climate is different here," Dmitry Yalov, the head of the government's economic unit, could have sung Vysotsky's famous line, but when you run 50 km on skis, you don't have time for songs!

The marathon race in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, which runs along the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk, is an exciting challenge. Dmitry Anatolyevich shared his impressions with us.:

"An indescribable experience, although the weather and landscape conditions are almost extreme. We started at minus 23, a rather difficult slide on freshly fallen loose snow - athletes will understand, this is additional resistance. And the traditional "trick" of the route is the 7 km climb to the pass."

We admire the boss's athletic form and are happy with the result in the competition - 3 hours and 32 minutes.

Happy start of the working week, colleagues!
