A confectionary production plant will be constructed in Pikalevo. The first resident of Pikalevo Industrial Park will invest 80 million rubles in creation of the enterprise.
A relevant agreement on production premises lease was signed by the regional management company of the industrial park Innovation Agency of Leningrad Region and the investor – F.Skrupskoy company.
By 2020 the enterprise is planning to reach its project capacity and manufacture about 900 tonnes of confectionary annually. The expected volume of investments is 80 million rubles, more than 40 jobs will be created at the production plant.
Pikalevo Industrial Park is located at the 9.4 ha area within the borders of the territory of advanced social and economic development, so the residents of the park can use benefits while paying taxes to the federal and regional budgets. Thus, investors can receive beneficial conditions for placement in the industrial park.
Today more than ten projects of potential residents of the territory of advanced development Pikalevo are being prepared. Their implementation will allow creating 160 new jobs.
