A video conference with Vietnamese province Dak Lak, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Russia, was held. Representatives of Leningrad region, Saint Petersburg and Vologda region participated in the event and discussed trade and economic cooperation of the regions.
Representatives of Dak Lak province told about their region and interesting spheres for cooperation. Head of Place Marketing Department of Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region Elena Krokhina hold investment presentation of the region. Among the most promising areas of interaction are food and timber industries and tourism. The parties decided to develop cooperation in these spheres, in particular, the Agency will prepare appeals to the regional coffee manufacturers.
The participants of the event also agreed on further actions for development of economic ties.
