A resident of the territory of advanced social and economic development Pikalevo is planning to expand.
Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region provided support in selection of a suitable investment site for expansion of an ornamental plants nursery of Princip Novo. The company has already concluded a lease agreement on a new land plot of 10.3 ha and registered it. Currently the company operates at the area of 2 ha.
The planned launch year is 2023. Special container sites with ornamental plants will be located at the territory.
The investor actively uses measures of support, cooperates with the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activity of Leningrad Region, Entrepreneurship Support Fund in Pikalevo, Employment Office. The investment project receives support of the Agency, in particular, concerning preparation of a business plan and all required documents.
In the near future Economic Development Agency will provide assistance in receiving specifications for connection to engineering infrastructure.
The experts from the Agency recently visited the nursery and noted that the company tends to use the most advanced technologies, exchanges experience with Russian and European colleagues.
