Foreign business plans to expand in Russia

According to “Barometer of economic activity and prospects of doing business in Russia”, 64% of foreign companies working at the Russian market plan to expand their business.

Results of the joint survey of AmCham and KPMG were announced during a round table “International business: contribution of foreign companies in the economy of the Russian Federation” organized by Kommersant.

Director of the Front Office for Investor Relations of Leningrad Region Andrey Sergeev participated in the round table and told about measures of support for foreign investors in the region and investment projects support under “one-stop-shop” principle.

Our region occupies the 6th place among all Russian regions in terms of the volume of attracted foreign direct investment.

The round table was moderated by Executive Director of Saint Petersburg branch of American Chamber of Commerce in Russia Maria Chernobrovkina and Marat Kashin, a radio presenter at Kommersant FM.
