Greenstate Industrial Park in Leningrad region entered top 10 best industrial parks of the country.
Expert Magazine published ”The ranking of investment attractiveness of special economic zones and industrial parks 2019”.
120 investment sites attractive in terms of investments were included in the list according to the results of 2019. The criteria for selection of industrial parks and special economic zones are launching of at least one production over the past year.
The sites which have gained more than 32 points became the leaders of the ranking according to the results of 2019. The pass ticket to the Top League (class AA) can be received due to favourable location, a wide range of services for the residents and efficient management, as well as the occupancy rate.
For half of the class AA participants of the ranking, this index is 60-90%, in comparison with the previous year the number of residents and the total area of the sites have increased among the most players of the Top League.
