Territory marketing is an underrated tool for regional teams

Its use multiplies the results in attracting both investors and tourists.

Good examples are the introduction of the “Green Corridor for Investor” support system, the first investment strategy for the development of tourism infrastructure developed in the Leningrad region.
The work on these projects was based on the principles of marketing: segmentation of the target audience and determination of its “pain” - needs, development of a product that relieves the client’s “pain,” product promotion.

As a result, the number of projects supported by AERLO increased by 2.5 times. From the tourism industry, 23 projects worth more than 25 billion rubles are supported.
