Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region signed information exchange agreements with the Russian Guild of Realtors and the Association of Realtors of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region.
The documents were signed by the President of the Russian Guild of Realtors Igor Gorsky, the President of the Association of Realtors of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region Dmitry Rubin and the Director of Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region Anastasia Mikhalchenko. These agreements are aimed at improvement of investment attractiveness of Leningrad region and attraction of investors to the region.
The meeting was organized in a mixed format – along with the meeting in the Agency’s office various regional associations of realtors and real estate chambers joined the event online.
The participants of the meeting received detailed information about the region and key available industrial sites. As the result it was noted that localization opportunities are very diverse in Leningrad region – there are favourable conditions for small investments from 50 million rubles in the territory of advanced social and economic development Pikalevo, for creation of a branch network and access to one of the largest markets in Russia.
“According to the results of the meeting there are interesting suggestions which we can actively offer to our realtors to increase availability and investment attractiveness of Leningrad region,” noted Igor Gorsky.
“We are ready to join at any stage of project implementation. Our services are free of charge. It is important for us that investors receive current information about the region and localize here,” emphasized Anastasia Mikhalchenko.
