The investment portfolio of Leningrad region received new investments amounting to more than 41 billion rubles during the first day of the Forum.
The Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko has signed the first part of cooperation agreements between the Government of Leningrad region and companies planning to invest in our region.
Construction of a dry cargo transshipment complex Vysotsk in Vyborgsky district will provide the region with 500 new jobs and more than 24 billion rubles. The transshipment capacity will come to about 15 million tonnes.
Tehnotrans will invest 13 billion rubles in construction of Vysotsk Grain Terminal and production capacities for deep processing of wheat and further production of wheat gluten, native starch, glucose-fructose syrup amounting to 200,000 tonnes annually. Commissioning of the production complex is planned for 2023.
Baltic Carriage-Repair Enterprise Novotrans will invest 1.5 billion rubles in construction of carriage repair plant in Volosovsky district of Leningrad region. Production capacity of the plant will come to 30,000 carriages per year and the number of new jobs – 1,500.
The project of Gloria includes construction of a facility for production of injection solutions, eye drops, sprays by 2022. The project will ensure implementation of the Action plan for import substitution in pharmaceutical industry.
TD TransPak will create production of corrugated cardboard packaging at a new modern industrial site in M10 Industrial Park. Investments in the project will come to 600 million rubles.
Investments in Aira project aimed at construction of a Smart Industrial Park AIRA will come to 700 million rubles. The technopark will unite in Leningrad region developers of innovative decisions for creation of comfortable urban environment.
