A modern production and warehouse complex in Light-industrial format will be created in Greenstate Industrial Park.
A new resident of the park – TIMES Estate – plans to implement the project in two stages.
Two buildings (10,000 square meters), divided into small production and warehouse premises (up to 500 square meters) that include a two-story office area, will be constructed. Each premise will contain modern digital “smart warehouse” technologies. The planned implementation period for the first project phase is the end of 2022.
The employees of the industrial park note that this type of real estate is the most demanded by the clients and one of the reasons is the significant deficit of suitable industrial premises of high quality.
Greenstate was looking for an investor for implementation of the project in a demanded format.
Recently Greenstate Industrial Park entered top 10 in the ranking of investment attractiveness of special economic zones and industrial parks prepared by Expert magazine.
