The national project of Labor Productivity is the influx of young personnel into the renovated production. The USC Nevsky Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant in Shlisselburg has been optimizing processes for the second year and is not going to stop.
"We heard from the plant's management that since entering the national project, 8 young specialists have joined the company. And this is a good result. Yesterday's graduates come to real production and see comfortable working conditions, a well-organized workflow, a favorable climate, constant changes and remain to pursue a career. Young people vote with their feet," said Dmitry Yalov, Deputy chairman of the government for Economics, after visiting the shipyard.
Thanks to the national project, Nevsky SSZ managed to reduce the time of the production process by 95% in the machine shop, where parts for civilian ships are produced.
According to the decision of Governor Alexander Drozdenko, the Regional Competence Center, after completing the active stage of the now federal Labor Productivity project, will continue to support changes at participating enterprises in a "post-agency mode" for another 2.5 years.
