Pikalevo Industrial Park was included in the list of industrial sites of Russia by an order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
This decision allows the site to receive the status of industrial park of Leningrad region and use measures of government support according to the regional legislation. In particular, exemption from corporate property tax, reduction of corporate income tax to 13.5% and reduced rent for a land plot. Benefits are granted for six years within any eight calendar years after receiving the status of industrial park in Leningrad region.
Pikalevo Industrial Park is located in the total area of 9.4 ha within the territory of advanced social and economic development, so the residents of the park will also be able to use benefits on taxes paid to federal and regional budgets. Thus investors in the industrial park will be able to benefit from preferential terms of placement and the monotown will receive new jobs and stable economy due to its diversification.
Today the territory of the park has all necessary engineering and transport infrastructure, there are several buildings for placement of residents. Manufacturing production plants of 3, 4, 5 hazard classes can be located in the park. The regional management company of the industrial park is Innovation Agency of Leningrad Region owned by the region.
