Investors invest in the production and development of the industrial territory in Gatchinsky district.
The Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko got acquainted with the process of implementation of an investment project on the production of insulating materials during his working visit to Gatchinsky district.
“The products manufactured by the enterprise are demanded in various spheres – from construction to furniture production. The most important thing is that the investor uses modern technologies and is ready to invest in further development of the site,” noted Alexander Drozdenko.
The head of the region visited departments for the production of foamed pipes and rolls, warehouse premises, foiling department and mats production department at Polifas enterprise.
An agreement on the further development of the factory for the production of insulating materials in Korpikovo industrial zone was signed during St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2021. Production and warehouse premises for the manufacture of foamed polyethylene and polypropylene are being constructed here. The volume of investments in the project will amount to about 500 million rubles, more than 60 new jobs will be created. The project receives the support of Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region.

Technopark Marienburg, where Polifas factory is located, was established in 2017. Over five years more than 12 production and warehouse and administrative buildings for the production of insulating and packaging materials from foamed polyethylene and polypropylene have been constructed at the territory. The company continues the development and construction of production and warehouse buildings in Korpikovo industrial zone. Roads have been constructed, a gas pipeline and power lines have been connected.
