Three regional initiatives for the development of tourism and hospitality received support at a meeting of the regional organizational staff for project management, held yesterday under the chairmanship of the Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko. We are talking about Priozersk, Tikhvin and Primorsk.
Among the approved initiatives is the Vuoksa – Stream of Impressions project. Recall that in September last year, the director of AERO, Anastasia Mikhalchenko, successfully presented and defended a project dedicated to the tourist development of Priozersk at the Skolkovo School of Management.
Now it will be implemented, which will increase the tourist flow to the Priozersky district by 10% by 2030. In particular, in Priozersk it is planned to improve the embankment of the Vuoksa river, Yaguzhinsky Square and the Forecourt, upgrade urban navigation, build new places for tourists at the expense of investors and repair roads.
