Roca Rus company which receives support of Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region launches a project on construction of the second phase of the factory for production of faience plumbing.
The Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko signed an order on recognition of a new factory of Roca Rus a large-scale investment project. According to a regional law, this status enables the investor to rent a land plot without bidding procedures. Two land plots in the town of Tosno were selected for the second phase of the factory.
“Due to overall support of Economic Development Agency of Leningrad Region our project is now at the final stage of approval. We’ve been working together for about one year concerning acquisition of land and resources. This cooperation is very important for us because it coordinates interaction with resource providing organizations and provides consultations concerning preparation of the required documents. This helps us to prepare all applications in the right way and save our time because we avoid additional corrections,” noted Executive Director of Roca Rus Alina Chernikova.
The company is going to invest 3.8 billion rubles in development of the new production plant. New production lines will be equipped with modern equipment. The capacity of the factory will increase from 500,000 to 1,500,000 items of products.
