On 21 November Greenstate Industrial Park and Moscow Exchange will organize a seminar “Issue of bonds for small and medium-sized enterprises as an alternative source of financing for projects”.
Real successful cases of companies which attracted financing by means of bonds will be presented at the seminar.
The participants of the seminar will receive detailed information about advantages of financing projects using issue of bonds in comparison with bank credits, about stages, terms, expenditures and tax benefits, mechanisms for attraction of investors for purchase of bonds using practical examples of successfully issued bonds.
Participation in the seminar is free, registration is required.
