In the Leningrad region, town-planning procedures have been simplified.
This decision will affect the speed of implementation of investment projects.
Decree of the Government of the Leningrad Region No. 249 dated April 18, 2022 simplifies the implementation of urban planning activities in 2022 in terms of:
– obtaining permission to put the OKS into operation,
– obtaining the conclusion of the supervisory authority on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed facility with the requirements of the design documentation.
Decree of the Government of the Leningrad Region dated 05.04.2022 No. 203 establishes in the Leningrad Region in 2022 the approval of URBAN PLANNING DOCUMENTS in an expedited manner without public discussions or public hearings.
Such documentation includes:
- master plans,
- rules of land use and development,
- planning and land surveying projects.
