The sixth business forum of Leningrad region Energy of Opportunities this year was organized online and gathered the record number of participants. More than 8,000 representatives of business and government united at an online platform.
The event was aimed at demonstration of already existing success in development of small and medium-sized business in Leningrad region and preparation of further directions for development.
The event was opened with a plenary session during which its participants discussed several key directions of business development taking into consideration current economic agenda in the country and current situation in the region.
The main issues of the plenary session were post COVID economy, national projects, development of small and medium-sized business and tourism business in the region.
The speakers of the session included the Governor of Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian FederationTatyana Ilyushnikova, co-founder of Hoff hypermarkets Mikhail Kuchment, the head of the Association of European Businesses in Russia Tadzio Schilling.
Among the speakers also were a businessman from top 100 Forbes Evgeniy Chernyak, a business coach Irina Khakamada, an honoured master of sports rhythmic gymnastics Lyasan Utiasheva.
