A new site with ready-made production buildings will appear in the Lomonosov district.
The presentation and consideration of the project took place at a meeting of the Investment Council of the Leningrad Region. The new industrial park will be located in the Villoz rural settlement. The total area of the development area is 168 610 sq. meters. The planned volume of investments will amount to more than 3 billion rubles. The number of jobs created is 800.
The first stage of the park is planned to be launched in November 2022; the project will be fully implemented within three years.
Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the park will offer rental of ready-made industrial buildings, targeted at residents with any needs. This will allow the business to start production immediately, without the time-consuming construction.
“Today many investors of different levels and spheres ask us to select or offer premises around St. Petersburg. Indeed, this is on the rise, there is an exodus of companies from the old center of St. Petersburg. The niche is successful, and I wish you success, we are open for cooperation, ”said Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko.The initiator of the project is “Logopark Volkhonka” LLC, which already has a completed project - the “Volkhonka” industrial park in the Gorelovo industrial zone. Today the investor is preparing to pass the interdepartmental commission on the placement of productive forces to obtain the status of an industrial park.
