Benefits for industrial parks

Leningrad region adopted a law aimed at stimulation of creation and development of industrial parks in the territory of Leningrad region – law of 28.07.2014 № 52-OZ “On Creation and Development of Industrial Parks in Leningrad Region”.

Support recipients

A management company of an industrial park – an organization which has the status of the management company of an industrial park in Leningrad region.

Terms of support

1. An industrial park and its management company meet federal requirements set by the Government of the Russian Federation and information about them is included in the federal register.

2. An industrial park and its management company meet additional requirements set by the Government of the Russian Federation:

• the territory of an industrial park has an approved design plan and boundary-setting plan and (or) a city development plan;
• the territory of an industrial park includes land plots within the limits of one municipal district of Leningrad region;
• placement of an industrial park should be agreed by the Interdepartmental Commission for Placement of Productive Forces in Leningrad Region;
• a management company pays corporate tax and corporate property tax which are enrolled in the regional budget of Leningrad region;
• creation, development and (or) maintenance of an industrial park are carried out in accordance with the Programme approved by a management company

Organizations planning the implementation of investment projects on the creation and development of industrial parks (potential management companies of industrial parks) can also apply for property support in the form of receiving land plots without bidding procedures.
